My name is Javaughn Jones, i’m a young adult in my early twenties who always had a vision of being great.

I had a semi rough childhood , especially being exposed to explicit adult behavior from a young age.

Around the time I started attending middle school my hormones started kicking in, and I was becoming influenced by the wicked world we live in.

I instantly became addicted to watching adult content, and it followed me all the way to early adulthood. It became such an issue that I would use adult content as a crutch for my  stressful life situations, and it felt like an escape mechanism every single time.

Overtime I became more and more tired of feeling attached to something that wasn’t beneficial to me or my mental health and I knew something had to change. Around 2019-2020 I came across a youtube video that had a title along the lines of “why you must stop ejaculating” and funny enough that must have been a sign from God because that video is no where to be found.

With that being said I started looking deeper into Nofap/ Semen retention and around the time I started practicing it I was still in school, and I noticed a major shift in how I think and my confidence felt more stronger.

That was only me getting my foot in the door because eventually I would relapse and get back on the grind.

Back In 2020 is when I started taking it a lot more seriously once the pandemic hit , I was determined to have a better outcome in my life,

Hence why I now have a Youtube channel with over 3k subscribers. That was all due to me having a vision and being humble to Gods instructions for my life. Now fast forward 2023 i’m currently a year and 9 months strong on my Nofap/ Semen retention and compared to how this journey started my life has done a complete transformation.
